LAVENHAM was founded in 1969 in a small, beautiful village in Suffolk, northeast of London. The same year, they released the Horse Blanket. In 1972, they released the diamond quilted jacket, which is an iconic LAVENHAM design. The classic diamond quilting, which is a symbol of LAVENHAM, is made by crossing diamond-shaped corners and using a stretchy nylon upper thread and a fluffy polyester lower thread to prevent fraying and increase durability. All products are manufactured in their own factory in Sudbury, Suffolk. Fabrics, studs, webbing, etc. are carefully selected, and each product is carefully made, resulting in practical and durable products.
