PADMORE & BARNES

Padmore & Barnes is a shoe factory founded in Ireland in 1934. At our own factory in Ireland, over 500 staff and hundreds of people around the company have been making shoes for a long time with their own traditional handmade techniques performed at each home.

In 1967, the manager at the time devised a revolutionary hand-stitched full moccasin shoe and proposed it to CLARKS in the UK. Since then, as a partner factory of CLARKS, we have contracted the production of representative models such as Wallaby and Natalie made in England.

After that, CLARKS moved production to Asia due to cost issues, but under the name of Padmore & Barnes, they continued to produce shoes with original designs, including masterpieces from the CLARKS era. Today, we continue to protect this tradition, and in the production of casual shoes, we have gained an international reputation as a pioneer in design, innovation and production technology.
