Application expiration date
Payment must be made within 3 days of placing your order. If payment is not received within 3 days of placing your order, we will assume that you have no intention of purchasing the item and your order will be automatically cancelled.

If a product is defective within 7 days of arrival, we will replace or repair it.
Delivery time
We will ship your order within 1-3 business days after receiving it.

Payment will be processed through the payment service " KOMOJU ". You can choose to pay with PayPay. Please follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process.
・Paidy
All you need is an email address and mobile phone number. No prior registration or credit card is required. No matter how many times you shop in a month, you will only pay once the following month. The amount you spend for that month will be finalized on the 1st of the following month and you will be notified by email and SMS.
Returns Policy
Please make sure to check that the product is not defective. If the product is defective or different from the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. We will exchange the product at our expense. If the product is sold out, discontinued, or limited edition and cannot be exchanged, we will refund the product price and cash on delivery fee after you return the product at our expense.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges , or cancellations of orders due to customer convenience .
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago ・Products that have been used by the customer ・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer ・Products that have been modified or repaired by the customer ・If the product's box, tag, instruction manual, or other accessories have been soiled, damaged, or lost
