ABOUT
Born from an empathy for the posture of the supple and strong women encountered in Paris,
PHOTOCOPIEU's clothing combines feminine silhouettes with a strong presence.
While superficial decorations are boldly eliminated, the warm hand-crafted lines of the cutouts,
and the organic forms that reveal glimpses of the female body,
evoke emotion in both the wearer and the observer.
Daily wear that blends into everyday life yet creates an impressive silhouette,
and pursues comfort,
will gradually become an essential tool for life, embodying one's individuality.

Misa Takeuchi
After 4 years as a corporate designer in Tokyo,
she moved to France after winning an award at the Kobe Fashion Contest.
She graduated from ESMOD Paris and gained design experience at Isabel Marant and Véronique Leroy,
before establishing her own brand, PHOTOCOPIEU, in Autumn/Winter 2019.
