In addition to using jacket interlinings, buttonholes made with silk cord, and hand-stitched collars and cuffs, traditional sewing techniques such as French seams and felled seams are employed. By combining the three-dimensional cutting derived from tailoring with functional structures like workwear gussets, the brand achieves a sophisticated look and comfortable fit.
Each piece is meticulously handmade in the Lyon atelier, from pattern creation to cutting and sewing. A notable feature is the dedication to artisanal skill, which differs from industrial production, primarily using simple equipment and a single lockstitch sewing machine. The brand focuses on small-batch production using fabrics made with traditional methods, and by incorporating wider seam allowances, the garments can be adjusted or re-tailored in the future.
