Born in Gunma Prefecture to a Taiwanese mother and a Japanese father, she grew up surrounded by nature.
She is deeply influenced by the ethnic sensibilities cultivated during her childhood spent in Taiwan, and by modernism and vintage style from her adolescence in Los Angeles.
Established R.ALAGAN in 2016.
She works with Japanese jewelry artisans to create uncompromising jewelry pieces.
