The collection is made from rolls of surplus fabric sourced from high fashion brands, which are then processed locally and recreated by BAMBOU to create high-quality designs that are tactile and can be enjoyed for a long time.
The clothes made from fabric that would otherwise be discarded are one-of-a-kind, and show respect for the artisans who produce the fabric.
Each collection is themed rather than seasonal, with an intuitive design approach inspired by traditional crafts and sculpture, and ranges from formal tailoring to sleepwear, ceramics to jewellery.
Handcrafted in a small workshop in Paris's 18th arrondissement, BAMBOU ROGER KWONG is rooted in an understanding of exquisite detail and meticulously constructed proportions, with each unique object weaving an interconnected story around the brand.
