As a director and buyer at SHIPS, he opened "Le Globe" in Jingumae. In 2012, after leaving SHIPS, he opened rdv o globe in Higashi, Shibuya. The name of the store "rdv o globe" means "Let's meet at Le Globe" and is a homage to Maebuchi's "Le Globe". In addition to imported products, he launched his own original collection, rdv o globe, from the perspective of clothes that Maebuchi himself would like to wear.
