BEORMA LEATHER COMPANY

Beoma Leather Company is located in Walsall, adjacent to Birmingham, in the heart of England. When Whitehouse Cox closed its factory at the end of 2022, Beoma founder Alex Simpson gathered over 25 longtime, highly skilled artisans who were key to production and established a new factory. Thus, the technology and DNA of Whitehouse Cox, which has been manufacturing in the UK for over 140 years, are deeply ingrained in Beoma. Using carefully selected, high-quality vegetable-tanned leather, including English bridle leather and vintage bridle leather, Beoma produces beautiful, "handmade in England" belts, mesh belts, leather accessories, and luggage. Alex's passion for leather, combined with the skills of former Whitehouse Cox artisans, is strongly reflected in Beoma products. The brand name comes from "Beoma," a small village that was the origin of Birmingham around the 3rd century. With a long history of leather production, saddlery and leather goods manufacturing, Birmingham and Walsall are ideal locations for starting a new leather brand.
