Consumption Tax

Consumption tax will be charged in addition to the product price.

Shipping Fees

A flat rate of 880 yen (tax included) nationwide.

Delivery Company

Yamato Transport * We cannot accept specific requests for delivery companies.

Order Validity Period

Within 3 days of placing your order. If payment is not received within 3 days of placing your order, we will assume you have no intention to purchase and the order will be automatically cancelled.

Defective Products

Initial defects that occur within 7 days from the date of product arrival will be handled by exchange or repair.

Delivery Time

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt.
*Wednesday and Thursday are regular holidays. 

In the event of delays due to bad weather, circumstances of the delivery company, or any other reason, we will notify you by email or other means.


Payment Methods

・Credit Card Payment
Online credit card payment is available. 

Payment methods: Lump sum, installments, revolving credit *Varies depending on the card company.
Available card companies: VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS

・PayPal
PayPal is a service that allows easy online payments and money transfers/receipts between users. Since its establishment in the U.S. in 1998, over 300 million people worldwide currently use PayPal.

・Rakuten Pay
Smooth payments are possible using your usual RakutenID and password. You can earn and use Rakuten points! Please use Rakuten Pay for an "easy," "secure," and "advantageous" experience.
Rakuten points are only accumulated for payments made with Rakuten Card, Rakuten Points, or Rakuten Cash.

・Smartphone Payment
Payment will be processed through the payment service "KOMOJU". You can choose to pay with PayPay. Please follow the instructions on the screen to complete the procedure.

・Paidy
You can use it with just your email address and mobile phone number. No pre-registration or credit card is required. No matter how many times you shop in a month, payments will be consolidated into a single payment the following month. The total amount for one month's usage will be confirmed on the 1st of the following month and you will be notified by email and SMS.

 

 



    Returns

    Please always check for any defects in the product. In the unlikely event that a product has a defect or differs from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange an exchange at our shipping expense. For items that are sold out, discontinued, or limited editions that cannot be exchanged, we will refund the product price and cash-on-delivery fee after you return the product at our shipping expense.

    We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of orders due to customer convenience.

    Please also note that returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

    ・Products for which more than 8 days have passed since arrival. ・Products that have been used by the customer. ・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer. ・Products that have been processed or repaired by the customer. ・Cases where product boxes, tags, instruction manuals, or other accessories have been soiled, damaged, or lost.

    All products handled by us meet the manufacturer's quality standards and also satisfy the inspection standards of authorized domestic distributors.
