ABOUT
PHOTOCOPIEU is the answer to 10 years of creating clothes while considering women's lifestyles in Tokyo and Paris.
The identity is a quiet revolution.
I don't have a feminist consciousness, but I have felt stress about balancing work and family, which hinders the lives of women around me, and the structure of society. I have been thinking about whether there is a more comfortable way to live.
PHOTOCOPIEU's clothing is a culmination of all my experiences from 10 years of work and private life.
I used the creative power I have cultivated to make daily life more comfortable, rather than for momentary occasions like shows or photographs.
It blends into daily life, allowing you to discover a new self.

PHOTOCOPIEU's clothing, which combines feminine silhouettes with a strong presence, was born from a shared empathy with the flexible and strong women I met in Paris.
While deliberately stripping away superficial adornments, the lines of the cut, crafted with human warmth,
and the organic forms that subtly reveal the female body, ignite emotion in both wearer and observer.
Everyday wear that blends into daily life yet offers striking silhouettes and pursues comfort,
will gradually become an essential tool for living, embodying the wearer's unique personality.
