With British brand PHOEBE ENGLISH
A collaboration project that is completely made to order.

This patchwork jacket combines recycled shelf fabric from Lavenham's archives with dry waxed cotton and is quilted in a ✕ (cross) and + (plus) pattern.

The lining uses GOTS-certified organic cotton, and the filling uses highly biodegradable traceable wool, which replaces down and polyester, to achieve lightweight, breathable warmth.

The wool used in this collection is sourced from the area surrounding Lavenham Mill, and is rooted in the history and tradition of Lavenham village. It features a modern silhouette with a large hood and front pockets .

A biodegradable alternative to plastic, made from proteins found in milk.
I am using a "cordierite" button.
This button is made by button manufacturer "Courtney & Co." in the Cotswolds region of England.
It is a revival of traditional button making techniques combined with new technology .

Lavenham was founded in 1969 in a small, beautiful village in Suffolk, northeast of London.
In the same year, the Horse Blanket was introduced.
In 1972, he introduced Lavenham's signature diamond quilted jacket.

The fabrics, studs, webbing, etc. are carefully selected and each item is carefully made, making them practical and durable.
