Born in Gunma Prefecture to a Taiwanese mother and a Japanese father, she grew up with nature. The ethnic sensibilities she cultivated during her childhood spent largely in Taiwan, and the strong influence of modernism and vintage styles she acquired after moving to Los Angeles in her adolescence.
Established R.ALAGAN in 2016.
She creates jewelry without compromise, working with Japanese jewelry craftsmen.
