The brand uses traditional sewing techniques such as interlining in jackets, silk cord buttonholes, hand-stitched collars and cuffs, as well as French seams and felled seams. By combining three-dimensional cutting derived from tailoring with functional structures such as workwear gussets, the brand achieves a sophisticated look and comfortable fit.
Each piece is carefully handcrafted in their Lyon atelier, from pattern making to cutting and sewing. A key feature is the dedication of artisanal skill, distinct from industrial production, centered around simple equipment and a single lockstitch sewing machine. The brand focuses on small-batch production using fabrics made with traditional methods, and incorporates generous seam allowances to allow for future size adjustments and alterations. The aim is to create timeless garments that can be cherished for a long time.
