The pieces feature traditional construction techniques such as canvas interfacing, silk-corded buttonholes, hand-stitched collars and cuffs, French seams, and flat-felled seams. By combining tailoring-derived three-dimensional cutting with functional workwear details like gussets, the brand achieves both a refined aesthetic and a comfortable fit.
Every piece is meticulously handcrafted in a Lyon studio, where all stages from pattern making to cutting and sewing are carried out individually. Centered around simple equipment and a single lockstitch sewing machine, the work is defined by the infusion of artisanal techniques distinct from industrial production. Committed to small-batch production using fabrics made through traditional methods, the garments are designed with generous seam allowances to accommodate future size adjustments and alterations. The goal is to create timeless clothing meant to be cherished for a lifetime.
