PHOTOCOPIEU "SQUARE SHOULDER LACE JACQUARD SWEATER(MIRIAM)IVORY"
A wool and linen jacquard sweater based on a vintage lace pattern.
The wool yarn is made from Toyobo, a spinning company that specializes in cashmere yarn, and is characterized by its softness and bulk.
The feminine pattern of the lace is perfectly balanced with the sharp silhouette of the shoulders created by the high sleeves.
The soft impression of the material and the strong silhouette create the image of a strong-willed woman.

" Love for the things that are often overlooked "
ALVA AALTO, a master of Nordic design.
I watched the film of the same name to learn more about him, and I was more moved by the presence of his wife, AINO, than by the man himself.
At that time, there must have been many more challenges for women to work, especially in the construction industry, than there are today.
There is much less information about AINO, the designer who supported ALVA at the expense of his own life, than there is about ALVA.
In clothing terms, workwear is clothing for the anonymous masses.
Each garment is made with the help of each individual worker and repaired individually, and can be described as haute couture that develops over time and becomes unique to the individual.
Beautiful light shone into my messy studio, and I couldn't help but take this photo.
This nameless scene that no one has ever seen before has been turned into fabric using Gobelin tapestry.
Scattered ribbons and computer batteries.
Ordinary everyday scenes create works of art with compositions that exist only in that moment.
I want to pick up things that have been overlooked in our daily lives and the activities of people and make them visible.
With this in mind, I am interested in expressing inspiration from popular clothing using high-end fabrics and techniques, and creating a balance that seems familiar yet has never been seen before.
ABOUT
PHOTOCOPIEU is the answer to the 10 years of making clothes in Tokyo and Paris while thinking about how women live their lives.
Identity is a quiet revolution.
I don't consider myself a feminist, but I feel stressed about the obstacles women around me face in juggling work and family life, as well as the way society is structured, and I have wondered if there is a way for them to live more comfortably.
PHOTOCOPIEU clothing is the culmination of all my work and personal experiences from the past 10 years.
I used the creative power I have cultivated up until now not for a moment like a show or a photo, but for the sake of making everyday life more comfortable.
As you blend into your daily life, you will discover a new you.
Photocopiu's clothing, which combines a feminine silhouette with a strong presence, was born from his sympathy with the flexible yet strong attitude of the women he met in Paris.
While the surface decoration is cleanly removed, the lines of change are made with the warmth of the hand.
The organic forms, with glimpses of the female body, evoke passionate emotions in both the wearer and the viewer.
Our everyday clothing is designed to blend into your daily life while still providing a striking silhouette and comfort.
Gradually, it will become a necessary tool for a life that embodies that person's individuality.
