A tender is a truck filled with lime and water on a steam locomotive, and is the vehicle that connects the locomotive and the car. Designer William Kroll originally worked as a designer at EUROEVISU, the European division of Evisu Jeans, and also studied tailoring techniques at Savile Row in England, known for its suits.
