Application Validity Period

You can make smooth payments using your usual Rakuten ID and password. Earn and use Rakuten Points! Please use Rakuten Pay, which is "easy," "secure," and "advantageous." 

Rakuten Points can only be earned when paying with Rakuten Card, Rakuten Points, or Rakuten Cash.

・Smartphone Payment:
Payment will be processed through the payment service "KOMOJU". You can choose to pay with PAYPAY or LINE PAY. Please follow the instructions on the screen to proceed.

・Paidy
Available with just your email address and mobile phone number. No prior registration or credit card is required. No matter how many times you shop in a month, payments will be consolidated into a single payment the following month. The total amount used for one month will be confirmed on the 1st of the following month and you will be notified via email and SMS.

About Returns

Please be sure to check "if there are any defects in the product". In the unlikely event that there is a defect in the product or it differs from your order, please contact us within 7 days of product arrival. We will replace the product at our shipping cost. If the product is out of stock, discontinued, or limited edition and cannot be exchanged, we will refund the product price and cash-on-delivery fee after you return the product at our shipping cost.

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed due to customer convenience.

Also, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

・Products that have passed 8 days or more since arrival ・Products that have been used by the customer ・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer ・Products that have been processed or repaired by the customer ・When the product box, tags, instruction manuals, or other accessories are soiled, damaged, or lost

All products handled meet the quality standards of the manufacturer and the inspection standards of authorized domestic distributors.
