Paraboot-WOMENS

The company was founded in 1927 by a pair of rubber-covered boots that Remy Richard Pomvert, a shoemaker from the Voiron region of France, obtained while staying in the United States.
Inspired by rubber boots, I came up with the idea of using natural latex as the sole material, which was directly imported from the port of PARA in Brazil.

He named the brand he launched himself "PARABOOT" after the name of the export port.
Developed and patented a unique rubber synthesis method using para rubber as a raw material.
In this way, the only shoe manufacturer in the world that manufactures rubber soles in-house was born.
Equipped with original rubber soles that are durable, wear-resistant, and comfortable to wear, Paraboot shoes have been supported by general workers, firefighters, mail carriers, and military personnel, and have been accepted as work shoes by the world. .

In addition, it has gained a position as an outdoor shoe because it was favored by adventurers such as the Arctic explorer Paul Emile Victor.
The Norwegian welt manufacturing method, which can be worn in all weather, has become a manufacturing method that para-boots are good at, and has become a symbolic technology of the brand along with rubber soles.
It is said that the Norwegian welt manufacturing method was originally developed for mountaineering shoes.
This manufacturing method requires about 150 processes, and can make the shoes more robust than the Goodyear welt manufacturing method.

Currently, we own factories in Iseaux and Hule, France, and about 70 people in these two factories produce rubber soles, Norwegian shoes, or Goodyear shoes.
Combining all categories, including the "dress line" that started in the spring and summer of 2005 using box calfs from Dupuy of France, deck shoes using the Cause Braque manufacturing method, driving shoes, and sandals and slip-ons using the vulcanize manufacturing method. About 350,000 pairs of shoes are produced in one year.
In terms of both quality and quantity, it is no exaggeration to say that Paraboot is a brand that symbolizes French shoes.
