PHOTOCOPIEU "WIDE PANTS / DAFFY / BLUE"

Regular price ₩531,000

Wide-leg denim pants with a folded-over waist design.
Made from 10oz boucle denim, a result of research in Kojima, Fukuyama.
Boucle (French for "loop") loop yarn is woven in, giving the denim a soft fullness.
This new denim is more supple than regular denim, with an airy texture and a familiar feel.
The wide silhouette and folded waist belt detail add a subtle unconventional touch.
Different processing creates two shades of blue and navy.

ABOUT
For 10 years, I continuously made clothes while contemplating the way women live in Tokyo and Paris, and PHOTOCOPIEU is the answer to that.
My identity is a quiet revolution.
While I don't consider myself a feminist, I've felt stressed about how the women around me struggle to balance work and family, and the structure of society, and I've been thinking about ways to live more comfortably.
PHOTOCOPIEU's clothing embodies all of my 10 years of professional and personal experiences.
Rather than for fleeting moments like shows or photos, I've used my creative power, which I've cultivated over the years, to make everyday life more comfortable.
It melts into daily life, helping you discover a new self.
The brand's clothing, which combines feminine silhouettes with a strong presence, was born from my empathy for the flexible and strong women I met in Paris.
While resolutely stripping away superficial ornamentation, the lines of the cuts created with the warmth of human hands,
And organic forms that hint at the female body, ignite emotion in both the wearer and the observer.
Everyday wear that blends into daily life yet creates an impressive silhouette and pursues comfort,
Will gradually become an essential tool for life, embodying one's unique identity.
