Fischersund candles are carefully crafted using recycled soy wax, eco-friendly cotton wicks and high-quality fragrance oils.
Each candle is handmade in Reykjavik and hand poured into custom hand-blown glass vessels.

No. 8 is inspired by our childhood memories.
We grew up in Mosfellssveit, a small village just outside the city.
This fresh scent evokes endless days outdoors, bike rides, exploring nature and the sense of childhood freedom.
It also embodies the excitement I felt when I looked forward to the baked goods my grandmother would deliver every week.

- To ensure a stable burn time, always keep the wick trimmed to a length of 3-5mm.
- When using for the first time, burn for up to 2 hours to ensure the wax melts evenly over the entire surface.
- Always use on a flat, heat-resistant surface and never leave it unattended while burning.
- Do not use near flammable objects.

Founded in 2017, Fischersund is a family-run perfume brand and art collective that brings together the creative expressions of self-taught perfumers Jónsi, members of the post-rock band Sigur Rós, Lilja, Ingibjörg, Sigurrós and their partners Sindri and Kjartan.

The brand's identity is embodied in its flagship store (Fischersund 3) in the heart of Reykjavik and can be experienced through artisanal fragrances, specially created music and dreamy visual art.
Handcrafted perfumery is at the brand's core, using high-quality Icelandic oils, hand-mixed, hand-infused and sustainably packaged in Iceland.
