Born in Gunma Prefecture to a Taiwanese mother and a Japanese father, she grew up surrounded by nature. Her ethnic sensibilities were cultivated during her extensive childhood in Taiwan, and her move to Los Angeles during adolescence strongly influenced her appreciation for modernism and vintage aesthetics.
Established R.ALAGAN in 2016.
She creates jewelry with uncompromising quality in collaboration with Japanese jewelry artisans.
