Born in Gunma Prefecture to a Taiwanese mother and a Japanese father, she grew up surrounded by nature. Her early years spent in Taiwan cultivated an ethnic sensibility, and her move to Los Angeles during adolescence strongly influenced her with modernism and vintage aesthetics.
Established R.ALAGAN in 2016. She creates jewelry uncompromisingly with Japanese jewelry craftsmen.
