Products sewn in the UK were primarily constructed with feed-of-the-arm single-pass flat-felled seams. As these machines are not available at the new American factory, sewing is done using single-needle machines, resulting in slightly flatter, more refined seams. However, since seams are finished in two sewing steps with visual judgment, the stitch lines are not perfectly uniform, and this slight unevenness adds a handcrafted touch.
