Products sewn in the UK were primarily finished with feed-of-the-arm single-pass flat-felled seams. As these machines are not available at the new US factory, garments are sewn using single-needle machines, resulting in a slightly flatter and more refined seam. However, since the seams are finished in two sewing stages with visual inspection, the stitch lines are not perfectly uniform, and this slight unevenness adds a touch of handcrafted charm.
