"SHOKO OTAKE LUNES A SABADO COLLECTION "
Artist Shoko Otake and designer Eriko Tsukasaki, who have been friends for a long time, both love to travel.
This collaboration was born out of a conversation that Otake had with us, where we felt there was a commonality between Otake's style, which is inspired by her powerful prints and everyday motifs, and the inspiration for this project. Also, Mexico was one of the countries that Otake had always wanted to visit.

"VIVA DE VIDA" The collection is inspired by the strong light of the sun, the deep shadows, and the vibrant, life-filled everyday life of the Mexican people that I experienced in Mexico.

The prints were inspired by stories and photos from Tsukasaki's trip to Mexico, as well as books on old Mexican pottery that he came across during his travels.
The design has been printed onto a T-shirt.

The collection's title, "LUNES a SABADO," means Monday to Saturday in Spanish.
The piece was inspired by a hand-painted signboard that Tsukasaki photographed in the Mexican port city of Lapaz, and was selected from one of the prints that Otake carved, which he felt was wonderful and could be continued in everyday life.

The collaboration T-shirts will only be sold at limited stores.
